3 Healthy Breakfast Ideas

Hey ya’ll!! HAPPY FRIYAY!! I am so excited to share my favorite healthy breakfast ideas with you! These recipes are so delicious and really keep you full for a while. They are all really easy to make and are soooo yummy. Enjoy!!

 

Egg Whites & Spinach

Ingredients:

  • Egg whites
  • Spinach
  • Salt
  • Cooking spray

  1. Spray pan
  2. Place egg whites and spinach in pan
  3. Salt it up!

4. Mix it all up and let it cook

yummy !! It’s just that easy 🙂

 

Avacado Toast

Ingredients:

  • Dave’s Killer Bread (the best bread ever!!! Go try it asap!!)
  • 1 avocado
  • Salt

  1. Toast your bread
  2. Slice up the avocado
  3. Spread avocado on toast
  4. Add a lil salt on top

Add some fruit and you’re set!!!

 

Granola Bowl

Ingredients:

  • Toasted coconut granola from Trader Joe’s
  • Almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • Cinnamon
  • Honey 
  1. Place desired amount of granola in bowl
  2. Add almond milk
  3. Add the banana or any other fruit
  4. Drizzle the honey
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon

. So yummy and healthy too 🙂
