Hey ya’ll!! HAPPY FRIYAY!! I am so excited to share my favorite healthy breakfast ideas with you! These recipes are so delicious and really keep you full for a while. They are all really easy to make and are soooo yummy. Enjoy!!
Egg Whites & Spinach
Ingredients:
- Egg whites
- Spinach
- Salt
- Cooking spray
- Spray pan
- Place egg whites and spinach in pan
- Salt it up!
4. Mix it all up and let it cook

Avacado Toast
Ingredients:
- Dave’s Killer Bread (the best bread ever!!! Go try it asap!!)
- 1 avocado
- Salt
Add some fruit and you’re set!!!
Granola Bowl
Ingredients:
- Place desired amount of granola in bowl
- Add almond milk
- Add the banana or any other fruit
- Drizzle the honey
- Sprinkle the cinnamon
